These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
Who can use UCN VPN.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using UCN VPN, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

- You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo
- You are not on any government restricted-party list
Account & Security
Your account is your responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Password Security
You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at support@UCN VPN.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
What you may and may not do.
UCN VPN is provided to protect your privacy and security. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Transmitting malware, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Engaging in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or network intrusion
- Distributing spam, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Infringing any intellectual property or proprietary rights
- Accessing child exploitation material or other illegal content
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorisation
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Subscription & Billing
How payments and renewals work.
UCN VPN offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new rate applies.
Service Availability
Uptime and maintenance windows.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and events outside our control may cause temporary disruptions.
- Planned maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
- UCN VPN is not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond reasonable control
Intellectual Property
What belongs to us and what belongs to you.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with UCN VPN are the exclusive property of UCN VPN Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. We claim no rights over your content.
Disclaimers & Liability
Our limitations of liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
Which laws govern these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA.
